Welcome back to another blogpost with the infamous Nishy.
So today we are going to speak about which essential oils I use and why I use them.

Now that we've got that off my chest, we can get started.
I use oils from different brands and I purchase them from Dischem Pharmacy.
- So we first going to speak about the Sweet Orange essential oil which is my fav all because of the scent.
What I do is I use 1-3 drops of this oil and mix it with a bit of coconut oil and I apply this to my face and neck as it is very refreshing and smells like wonderlust if you love sweet oranges y'all.
I also throw this into my bath when I feel like it.
According to research, some of the amazing benefits includes, but is not limited to:
- Now we'll speak about Lemon essential oil which I only use when I have spots and want to dry them out.
What I do is i spot treat with this very often and I also mix some in with my ultimate fav, turmeric mask.

- Last but not least, Lavender essential oils infused with Kalonji oil.
What I do is I use 2-3 drops with some coconut oil to moisturize my face. I used to use this with some e45 cream but a pretty lady by the name of Zayaan suggested to use coconut oil to moisturize instead and I feel like I need to give my skin more time to absorb and recognize all the lush it has been getting from this week going forward.

I am so happy with my skin, alhamdullilah. I give most of the credit to the one and only turmeric powder as it really helped with a lot of my blemishes and the almighty obvs.
